What is the name of the Luna-mixer. I've done a formatting of my hdd and do not know if there is something wrong with my activation or if i'm simply having/choosing the right mixer.

as im not in the studio right now, but as far as i know, you are entiteled to STM 1632 and STM 1632S.

what you really want to do is download the allkeys file from your "mypage".

there are also free alternatives, check out the "devices" topic of this forum
