It's very strange, but I have that one and find it very stable and no crackles at all. Also many people report buffer stuttering on wave driver, generally for most of the driver versions, but I never had the phenomenon. I might say that a major difference of my system compared to theirs it's that it is a PIII-s cpu and not a PIV. I can't say what's really happening though...
I'm curious to know how does 1.50.13 perform for others.

Do you guys get any blue screens when you use a lot of wave I/Os at once?

He, sincerely it never happens here, I use ASIO for seq. and wave for SF or MP or something else but alternatively.

Well, I usually don't get blue screens when I'm using Winamp or games like URU, but when I do KS with multiple I/Os, I get blue screens.

i also had the buffer stuttering problems with this version. the original driver of sfp4 works fine. what could it cause?
no blue screens yet

re: buffer stuttering
It's the wav driver's fault that the right hand channel repeats its last buffer a couple of times on Stop... Quite annoying to edit snippets :/
