i got myself two problems:
1)when i draw automation on an audio track (panning and such) nothing happens
2)when i try to export audio mixdown a midi part that originates from my pulsar (i.e. a synth or a sample player) nothing happens...as opposed to a midi instrument originating from within nuendo (i.e. a vsti)

Mmmmh... It's quite difficult to understand which is the problem. Firstly what platform are you using (pc or mac)? Anyway try theese things:

- Check if the asio outs in Nuendo are connected to the corresponding ones in the routing window.

-Check if in the "VST connection" menĂ¹ all the ports are selected.

Speaking of the envelope, check if the "read" (R) button in the track view are selected (green). In this case you must see the envelope like a blue line with some red points.

I usually record my scope synth, from midi to audio, playing the midi track (in solo) and recording the synth at the same time. You can record more than one synth at the same time in separate tracks, but you need 2 things:
-every midi track must be played on different midi channels
-every asio track must be recorded from different asio inputs, so you must set an approriate number of vst connection in nuendo and an equal number of asio channels in the routing window.

Hope it helps
