Hi all,
I cant remember but I recall some people saying they had trouble with the wdm drivers with their scope cards? I ask because all of a sudden out of no where I started getting these wierd buzzing noises when ever I would burn straight to wavelab, nothing could remedy the issue, turned HT off, removed module and replaced it again, reset sync of the card, drivers, sample rates, ULLI reset etc etc, no luck.
Then I said what the heck and threw a wave dest 2 module in the mix and set wavelab to record from the destination (2) instead of its default and all is happy again.
So now I am thinking, there has got to be something in windows thats using wave dest 1 partially and when another app like wavelab tries to access it, their fighting one another causing the issue, but.... What the heck in windows partially tries to access a wdm device?
Any one else seen anything like this or is it just another ghost in the machine..
Cheers!
