Hi,
I tried to contact with cream ware support.. my e-mails are returned 3 times. The reason why I tried to contact w/ them was I do not have an access to my registration records (including activation keys and all the important info) I have an access to MY PAGE but all the info was gone.. (pagte was empty) is anyone having same problems? dose anyone know how to contact with creamware tech support by any chance??
Thanx

Not here. My Page has all my info intact. Also I emailed support yesterday and got a reply from Jo today. (Thanks Jo!

)
Probably your best bet is to phone the Burnaby office on Monday.
Good luck Yasuk!

just a suspect: it could be related to your mail adress - afaik Yahoo adresses are frequently involved in spam campaigns and the letter combination before the 'at' is very unusual in germany and may interfere with a filter (if statistically processed).
but generally it's a good idea to keep a copy of the registration data on an external device, like an usb stick or even a floppy disk

For worst cases I also have a printed version to enter manually if all goes wrong.
cheers, Tom

I had the same problem. I had just activated SFP 4.0 and was ready to get the 50% off discount on the Prodyssey and when I tried to check out the drop-down in the shop had none of my 3 boards serial numbers in it...
So I emailed support, got bounced back and forth a couple of times, then they sent me a PDF with the discount on it for the synth. Then I was supposed to transfer money to a bank, which would have cost me another $40, in addition to the price. Good if you live in Germany, bad if you live elsewhere.
Just recently the shop started showing my serial, but the 50% off is now long gone. I emailed Ralf, but the poor lad seems buried. I still would like my discount, though, it's not my fault the shop crapped out...
I suspect their database went down and they had to rebuild it.

Hi Yasuk,
to explain the current situation :
Hello to All,
Due to a technical problem, the "My Page" and Online Shop areas are currently unavailable. We are working on resolving these issues but we can not predict when exactly these areas will be back online. We apologize for inconveniences and ask you for your patience. Thank you.
Ok, all what i can do for the moment is to inform you . . . and surely we will find a way to solve this problem as soon as possible.
Write to me and i will take care ASAP.
cheers

Big up to Ralf @ CWA
I am able to get back to work now!
From this board, I happen to know that flood has damaged some of CWA's servers. I hope everything will be okay and wish quick recovery of CWA's web operation!
P.S. i am so excited about hearing the update of OSX driver development!!

Yesss! (but I'd not really wait for it

).
And...do realise that the way to the G5 is still blocked, until CWA finds a solution for the PCI voltage problem.
I need more mHz...too much soft samplers, DSP reverbs these days

The G5 1,8GHz still has PCI.
