noah remote problems on osx cannot read script file 'PepDisp

Help
When i install the noah remote software on OSX 10.2 and
10.3 the Remote Software will not run after the install.
It just says

PepDisplayObject
cannot read script file 'PepDisplayObject'

and then i have to force quit
PLEASE HELP
