It's nothing too outstandingly innovative or varied: a noise crackling effect through a tube resonator and some processing. I thought it was kinda cool.

It should work with Modular II and Flexor.

Tell me what you think

I have an old VIA motherboard. It makes crackles without spending DSPs on a modular device

Just joking. Hope you don't take it bad

What's the effect of sending noise through the saw-to-PWM?

Royston
it quantizes noise to either 1 or -1

Thanks Michu

Like a 'random square wave' then

Sort of, but when you change the pwm value, it seems to accept less and less input-amplitude values, thus the sparser 'crackling'.
