Can someone tell me the order of events for Scope4 registration?
I've done the "Get Scope 4" bit at the CW site, received an activation key via email, gone back to CW site and selected "activate Scope 4". The shop has changed to half price mode but my activation key page is still showing an allkeys file for 3.1C only.
should new keys show up here?

At the time of my downloading, the title said 3.1c but the keys in allkeys were all new. And they even fit my SP4

I tried them this morning and they were still the old ones, but just downloaded again and as you say, all new keys Installing now,
