Hello,
I'm a pulsar 1 onwner. i have done all the registration for SFP 4.0 on the creamware website. it even says "50% discount mode on" My Alkeys.skf doesn't mention any key for SFP4.0. I tried to install SFP 4.0 and uses the Allkey.skf but only says that i have a key for SFP 3.0, so it won't install. i already emailed creamware, but got no reaction yet. the only thing i can't figure out is the registration part on "My page" it asks for a hardware serial and a software serial. What does a software serial looks like ?
Anybody have the same problem,

I´ve got the same problem,
the activation site is processing,.......... the shop is switched to half-mode but on my activation key site, there´s nothing more than my 3.1 allkey.
Please tell me if you got an answer from support at creamware, as I do, if i get first.

If you see, under the line Scope Fusion Platform, there is a new key: SCOPE platform with the 4.0 activation key.
I haven't tried mine (I'm not @home now), but my allkey has this new entry.

Welcome to SCOPE FUSION PLATFORM 4...
So hit F5 on your activation keys site and download the allkey. Mine is 7kb instead of 6...

I'm not getting a 'Scope Platform' key, but I am getting the 'sorry' message.....'an error occured while sending your key etc.....bugger!

Now I don't remember - I was too excited with just going through the process...
I only remember I had to do the process twice or even 3 times to receive the e-mail. I think as I wrote in another thread - the server is overloaded now...

I confirm that the activation key process doesn't work now : NO e-mail sent and the same error :
"Your activation codes are now sent via e-mail to this address:
(my e-mail )An error occured while sending your keys! Plaese contact our support. Sorry... "

Here's my usual error message:
24-hours and no key.
The allkeys is my old one.

SCOPE 4.0 Keys were requested for:
No. HWSNO (Hardware)
No activation-keys were mailed ...
I've never had any problems updating in 5 years. So now, I just feel like an idiot.

got it now. Took five freakin' tries before it 'kicked in'.
Up and running now.
Now....where's that Samplitude 8.0?

As I always have done, I wait till there is no more exitment, and then I download the software, when the servers are light working. Nevertheless, if there is any problem, and as I am working, I preffer not to risk any down fall to my system.
If you are working in any serious project and you are still not there, finishing, I would recomend you not to upgrade till you fihish, just in case. Cheers.

Now the system is working again.
I received by e-mail all keys, i activated them and they work, for each card.

Once again, they are giving us for free a new version (and its updates)... Remember it is since 1998! And with a 50% plug-in bonus for *everyone*
