This is probably a bit late in the piece, what with Scope 4.0 on the horizon and all..... but
I have been experimenting with routings and only just noticed that my install of SFP 3.1c doesn't have Sound Manager I/O modules. I have kept my old Pulsar install and found sound man source/dest and 24sound man source/dest
After copying the modules to my SFP install and using them in a background/startup project - they seem to work fine for a while, then programs start to refuse to load with a -3 error message.
Does anyone know if these I/O modules were purposefully left out because they are crap?
I still have a problem with SFP not starting up with my designated start project (loads my default New project instead) and when I click on the "startup" menu item from the Live Bar - SFP just crashes and burns - freezing my Mac. loading the same project manually works fine - then I get Mac system errors on program launches.
I will quickly mention some other problems that still happen.
1. graphics get screwed up when moving them from my main monitor to my second monitor. I get distortion and multiple copies of my cursor all over the graphics making them unusable. If I move my mouse really quickly and drag a mixer or whatever to my second monitor - the graphics are at least recognisable.

2. Mod III randomly quits or freezes on me when I'm adding modules in the Modular III window.
I still mourn for the loss of the Background Application - this implementation worked really well on my system.
I really hope there are some bug fixes in Scope 4.0 for Macintosh.
