I got the MiniMax recently as part of the XMas bundle, and I love it -- it's fantastic! But I was hoping to be able to use the MiniMax as a standalone filter a la Moogerfooger (in addition to its synthesis capabilities), and I quickly found there's no setting to leave the VCA open all the time. A note on message will open it and allow me to use it as an external filter, but I'm not sure if there's anything that will generate a note on message and then never turn the note off? I wish they had added a "Hold" setting to the VCA.
