the large knob on the right controls the overall freq.

the knobs at the top are for time. attack, hold, decay, off in that order.

middle knobs are for slope. left for a faster rising trapezoid and right for a slower rising trapezoid. these knobs will also affect the time of it's segment. double click the knobs for a true linear trapezoid.

the bottom knobs are for modulation amplitude.

there are two outputs. one you could say is the sine and the other the cosine. the relationship of the waveforms is exactly like the picture on the mdl.

This patch is dead cool !!!

The presets give you a good idea of the sort of sounds it can create and the visual effect of the x/y module spinning around is great fun.

I'm only just starting to work out what's actually going on in the patch, but random knob tweaking gives plenty of good results anyway!

Has that x/y module been released before? It's not up on my list of 3rd party modules and it should be. Maybe I missed it while I was away. Can someone point me to a link?

cheers,
Ben

This one is hysterical - It's one of those "you can't live with it, you can't live without it"-kind of things....

I love it

OK, I've brought the list of 3rd party modules up to date on my site now. There are 11 by j9k - let me know if I've missed any.

Follow the link on the modules page to v2 & v3 3rd party modules.

Cheers,
Ben
