Hi!
I have one question if I can have Pulsar II + 2 Luna Cards II and I/O 2496 box connected together.
Is there on Pulsar II card also Z-link ?

yes.all that will be fine(you could use 3 2496 boxes
).the z link is an option on the pulsar2.

Yes, even 4 2496 iobox...
Pulsar2 + Z-link option has 2 z-link plug
+
2 x Luna2 Z-link plug...
But i would get an A16U instead of a 2496iobox

yo, thanks for replies,
so i can leave I/O box connected to luna and will work fine ?
is it not necessary to connect it to pulsar II like to the "main" card ?
example;
pulsar II + luna II (and I/O box) + another luna II ?
or pulsar II (and I/O box) + luna II + luna II ?
i'm seriously thinking to get also pulsar II , but money is a problem first

Hi
I have a Pulsar II and a Luna with I/O box. I only have Z link on my Luna but that is fine for the I/O box. If you want to use an A16 you will need 2 Z links so your Pulsar will need one. You will have to connect your Luna to your Pulsar, but that is done with a cable that plugs between the two cards. It's all easy once you get to grips with it.
With my set up I use 8 channels of analogue I/O, 16 ADAT and the 2 SPDIFs... and it works great!!
