how come the software on my setup cd does not work? i was looking thru the instaltion cd that came with my luna and there are various devices such as modular 3 and variuos fx... but thay make no sound... is it becouse i have to buy the 'keys' for the devices? if so, do thay not work in some kind of demo mode?

Yes - you need to buy the "key". No they don't work in a demo-mode. But for most CW-plugins you can download a demoversion at CW's site that works for an hour.
