This may have been covered before but i couldn't find it. Anyway the scenerio is this, you've tried out a demo SFPi on Mac and it has expired. Fine. Now you liked the device so much you buy it. You have the device and key and everything seems fine until you try and load the device and, wham, you get a "Demo has expired" notice. You look in you key registry and lo and behold there is your new key and the expired demo key too. Great i can't use my bought device, you say.

The quick way to fix this (as the key window doesn't let you do this for some reason) is to find the Scope.rgy file (SFP:App:Bin), make a copy before you royally f**k this up and rename it with the extension .txt. Open it up as a text file, manually delete the offending demo keys and resave it. Rename it back to .rgy and Bob's yer uncle it should all work fine now.

Thanks to at0mic for the advice.

I think this is the reason the demos are officily PC only: http://www.planetz.com/forums/viewtopic ... forum=3&10 . But mixing the 2 tips (mine and yours) makes life easier
