Hello,
Unfortunately the majority of people could still be on holiday. I needed a quick answer to something last week regarding installation of my cards. I ended up phoning Germany and from what I understood there was only one person manning the place. He was extremely helpful though.
Good luck!!

If you think NI's tech support and update policy is gonna be better than Creamware's, then you are sadly mistaken...

as a Battery user, I must say you're right indeed. Great product but no updates since it was first released and no clear update schedule either. Wish I had bought DR-008 instead.

Stop...
I had a problem with my Pulsar system this week. I wrote an E-mail to CW and they solved my problem within few hours.
I had to re-register my Absynth 2 and NI helped me within minutes. I can´t understand why CW or NI let you down but I can´t tell nothing bad about them.

I wanted to buy a Synth and to test the Pro one, but impossible for me, the Pro-one has no sound, missing DSP file and 60 minutes test is finished.

Ah, that´s bad.
I hope they will help you on that, so that you can download it again.
