Obama's main objective while his popularity mesmorizes the sheep is to shove through his facist agenda while his popularity ratings are high.
Taking strong positions on issues like N.Korea or Iran would be a distraction to these fleecing policies.
Obama's advisors are extremely cautious and smart. They know the speeches are double talk and lies. We can't really change things in Iran unless we start arming the people w/ captured Russian weapons. That's why it's easier to be non commital and support whoever wins, typical rhetorical approach of a DC politician.
I do believe these guys who advise Obama were caught by surprise and now understand that Obama must be tough on N.Korea before they appear to be isolationalists with a yellow stripe on their backs.
Thankfully we have those tough UN Sanctions that say we can stop a N.Korean vessel, but we cannot board it..........??#$%^^^??
I can pretty much guarantee that the whole Micheal Jackson media frenzy is a good smoke screen for further distractions.
Obama will probably have lots of concerts of old burned out Motown singers and press opportunities to keep it alive while they pass these ridiculous fascist laws and dodge the N.Korean/Iranian dilemmas.
Hell they had the first faked string performance in history there for the innagural activities.
Everything about DC is a giant smoke screen and since the press is in their pockets just like millions of mesmorized Americans, these dances will continue.
The DC Press Corp is like a Ineternet developers forum, ask nice questions and you can stay, if you complain about bugs you are attacked or banned.
And people wonder why ancient relics like Helen Thomas have a front seat and gets to hang her jacket on " her chair " while she asks pre prepared questions.
The worst thing about wisdom is learning things you wished you wouldn't have known.

I was very interested on the Iranian issue or otherwise I would not have watched any cable news. I prefer selected DVD's and programs that actually entertain or educate me.
But just trying to follow that story I see 2 more " family values " politicians biting the dust because they had mistresses and used campaign funds to sneak off and practice even more lies.

Most of us live in a world of shit, and eat tainted popcorn as we watch the show....

It would also set a bad precedent in that region if Iran was actually able to liberate itself via the people themselves. Consider how wrapped up we are in every other nation state bordering it. All of the media I see broadcast here gives the distinct impression if it wasn't for us the whole region would just devolve into chaos & medieval fiefdoms, you can't really support anything that stands as good evidence against that can you?

I do agree that the superstar deaths & controversies over extramarital affairs are making for a good dog & pony show, though it's one I'd rather not tune into.

Here's an example of how to bend any religion into a hateful justifiable way to kill your political rivals. I'm sure he had a vision where Allah came to him and spoke too.
I do like the microphone placements though.

How can one group (thousands of radicals be convinced to kill in the name of God), when I can't find two guys to help me move. Just kidding...I'm pretty sure, if God wanted someone dead..it wouldn't be much of a problem...he has keys to the lightning cabinet.
