What are these nokeys.oxes?

you remember the 'old' procedure when the registration server generated the .oxe file for your card's serial number online.

That server has been attacked frequently so they took it off the net and (usually) Ralf operates it manually.
The nokey-file generates the request string on the customer's system and this string is mailed to CWA for further processing, etc.
