I think the dream is there already. If they had preannounced 200€/$, then the dream would be 150€/$. We dream of the best and the cheap. If this is as good, as those, who have tested it claimes (and why should they not tell the truth), then I realy think it is a bit naughty of us to ask them to reduce even more. I am a student myself = lowest income possible in my country, so it is not because I am loaded, that I say these things. I just think, it may feel a bit strange to ReD_Muze to see people asking the price to go down even more from this favourable estimated price.

Wow! I think the price is pretty cheap.

Solaris and Modular III is looking like more and more of a great investment to me....but what will I do with all my other synths?

Hahahaha. Just kidding.

Price is X, now it's Y. Make it cheap for a bargain; make it expensive for prestige. It's all just marketing. Temporary variations in price is part of marketing all over the world from the vegetable market to the car showroom.

The price of Flexor is a lot more fair than the recent Modular upgrade. I felt like I had to upgrade to stay current yet I was unhappy with the minimal improvements. Flexor is the type of advance that CW should have included.

Hi!

I realy want to ask for this thread not to have cw flamings.

It doesnt realy feel good when someone wishes my developements as a cheap upgrade for an existing product. no matter how good the product is.

if you want to complain about cw, please dont do it on this thread.

peace!

What's happening Red ? It's all beginning to seem like some distant dream. It's been two months since the announcement....

Hi Red_Muze, just been listening to some of your demo sounds again and remain deeply impressed. I specially like the waveshaper work with the sine oscs.

So what I'd like to know is whether you'll also be releasing some of the devices which you made these demos with ? Will there be a selection of pre-made Mods to showcase what it can do ? (And to be a starting point for more experimentation).

It's usually better to see something in action, alreday wired up, than to read about how it can be done, especially with the Modular ...

Looking forward to the big day
