I installed scope v7 64 bit
The software runs nicely

I started to check what plugins works and what does not.....

XITE 1 scope v7 windows 8.1 64bit

MASTER IT EQ - crashes
DAS Legend - crashes
DAS C350 - crashes
Quantum Wave - crashes


DAS-2A - works
DAS 1610++ - works
DAS-COMP AI - works

brainworx BX V2 - works

Pro-One - works
Pro-Wave - works
Rotor EX - works
SOLARIS v5 - works


That's the plugins I've checked for now....
If someone else checked
I would be happy to receive details

beware of older dsp files.
it's possible that you may have overwritten new files installing old plugins(or not).

I downloaded from SC site The installation....And copied the files To the folders (dsp,sys,dev...) Some of them existed...I chose Replace....

I installed everything from scratch!
Including the scope v7 software

yes, that is what i said. do NOT replace dsp files when installing optional and 3rd party plugins.

if you rerun the v7 installer, it should overwrite the files you replaced.

What do you mean it crashes ? When you load them or when they are part of a project you're loading ?

Here, I have project loading crashes and it's impossible to know which plugin is the cause. I rebuilded half of my project to see how it will load next time. Really boring to reload the project 6 or 7 times untill it doesn't crash.

How long will the discount last for?

right now, it's until the 12th of Dec....

Are you running the MASTER IT lite version ? http://forums.scopeusers.com/viewtopic. ... t=MASTERIT

Theres also a C350 lite addressing the same issue IIRC

It also uses a tad less DSP than the original....

you should not have overwritten new files with older dated ones :0 i would uninstall scope 7 and re-install!

Is it worth upgrading to Scope7 yet ?
I'm running win 7 x64

Has the Wave driver been fixed for Xite ?
Do the sequencers work ?
Do the Sample oscillators work on the Zarg synths ?
Is the new Driver better ?
Do you still need hotfix for the Xite 1D ?

When will the Samplers be fixed ?

Should I just buy now and install after then next few updates

My project / template loads without crashing, now ! It was my mastering chain that made troubles. It was 1 multifx + another one inside the first. I deleted them, then put the 2 multifx in serial on the project window with the same fx processors in the chain. Now, it loads perfectly ! I'm very happy !

And now, I can say that 7.0 is much more stable, loads / exit faster, nice little correction : more than 6 "recent" files in the file menu.

Apparently, S|C is working hard for STS to work fine on 64bit os, which means certainly also all modules working with wav files ! We should have the update soon. They find back what soon means for the rest of the world... I think we can talk about a real rebirth ! Let's hope everything will going fine in the future.

Now, they need to COMMUNICATE ! Like adding some 7.0 presentation video on Scope Zone + several video tutorials about Scope basics : I'm afraid that now, all audio computer stuff are doing like that and all audio computer stuff users expect to watch them on the official site.

I know, I know, it takes time and it's better for S|C to spend time on development... But see Falcon UVI tutorial videos, they are not made by UVI... I guess UVI paid professionnals to produce them and the result is really good / pro / serious / makes you want to try / helps beginners to learn faster / etc...
I know, I know, paying pros is hard for S|C : They don't have a lot of money... But one should see that like a short-term (& long-term too !) investment : they will necessarily sell more hardware units & softwares (short-term) + become more known (long-term).

Scope 5 and Scope 7 running on same machine fine here.

How did you manage to install both?
After trying to install 5 and 7 in two different programm folders, i cant open 5 after installing 7.

It's weird ! And for Peter, it's the same ? Here, it loads correctly. I've had issues with the 1610++ that crashes Scope 5.1, here, I didn't tried it yet.

I tried DAS legend, C350 without any issue.

Product promotion...Tutorials videos Mostly....Some of us did it
But make it more professional.....

Or still some of us need to do some tutorial video for scope v7 ?

Really weird

The question is what to do.......

1. Can you cascade two Xite-1?

2. Is the ASIO driver multiclient capable?

3. Can you use the Xite-1 at 96KHz without limitations?
