Hey nothin' works for us old Bastards better than push ups, dumbbell strength moves, and I hang out w/ my old chorepgrapher and go to Yoga class and listen to all of the Gay folks she hangs with that are dancers lisping like Tea Kettles......
I was shocked how dificult Yoga was at first and I am still very limber from 4 decades of Tae Kwon Do.
You can't help from getting into shape and there are usually 10 to 1 in ratio of women and the only other men there aren't into women much so it's a win win situation...................

That's funny because I remember when I was in good enough shape to want to do Yoga just to meet ladies, being a full time bike rider back then.

Unfortunately now after a few years of commuting & working long hours I've considered returning to it because I need the Yoga too!

One of my favorite hikes was over by Arrowhead & Big Bear just outside of Rialto where my family had a place.
My family members were always saying golly Jim we didn't think you were into hiking that much.
Then my Aunt & Mother tagged along.
I think they were shocked as we stopped by the large Elephant bolders next to a beautiful Pool & waterfall at Deep Creek..................everyone was naked.
My mother struck me several times with her towel...
I love the outdoors, and there's nothin' better than fine trim in their most natural state........Ankyu.
