funny thing is that the picture visually gains a lot from the artifacts caused by a camera move during exposure. If it was on a tripod, it wasn't properly fixed

There are actually twice as much light dots than there were fire-flies, as you can tell by intensity and geometric displacement of the dots. [/blabla]
very charming pic, simply captures the magic of the light those bugs spread

no Huub, it isn't
the vertical displacement of the reflections would vary over the scene
they are all identical
some of those are clearly within the bushes
and finally - fireflies don't move their a** over water, for good reasons
