kensuguro, you amused me by infering that you are getting older at 23. I am 43! I have so much energy. It does help to have a 20 year old girlfriend though.

Since the eccentric discussion generated by LC on the tread about war, that I myself opened before the USA-Iraq war started, I felt really upset by LC posts. All his posts sounded like polluted with some sort of strange negative emotions… I decided not to read his posts again, so I did. Some posts are so short that even if you don’t want to read them, you read them equally cos they just go into your eyes as a whole. Well, even like this… reading now and then it’s shortest posts I could feel a very unpleasant emotion coming up from his violent way of expressing himself, every single time… For instance, I really disliked his “homey” terms referring to other people…He certainly believe himself superior to everybody, a great intellectual, a now-it-all, part of an elite in the world.

It’s more than obvious that you have a problem, because you think being hard it’s a good thing and this, in itself, it’s an absurd believe.
You are always trying to impress us with your posts; always try to let us feel you are “the experienced one”, the “knowledgeable guy”. Perhaps you should reflect about your personal life deeply and truthfully at least for your own wellbeing, searching to know what has happened for you to be so rude to people YOU DON’T KNOW. If you were really interested and “INTO” those political things you are constantly talking about, you would not be in this forum anyway, that would be not serious, unless you truly were to be involved to Creamware stuff in some way or music.
If you really were a knowledgeable person about politics and stuff, you would not copy-past your posts from absurd web sites with strange tendencies and subjective statements, you would write them yourself and make us reflect positively about life, cultures and social differences for instance. But you never talk about anything intelligent, your statements are most of the time absurd or just improper answers to simple questions.
A serious thinker would not misspend his time writing to a bunch of “musicians” about topics they are not concerned with. I am completely sure you are not a learned person in political or social matters; you just want to impress us. Your language at least does not belong to any serious researcher. The way you speak is a mirror you can watch yourself on.
If you are to be honest to yourself, you should recognise publicly you are wrong. We are all humans are we all have our personal problems, but you cant’ get tough with your fellow citizen of the world cos you are not too well with yourself. If you want to be a mature man, as you always pretend, as you want constantly to show up you are, do it, and apologise to everybody here! Unfortunately, LC will never read your post. He has been banned by IP - he can't even see planetz anymore - he just gets a blank page when he visits.
Trust me on this - if you were to send this message to him via email, you would receive back such a torrent of abuse and hatefulness, you would wish you had never started typing it. This is essentially what happened to me, and is why I ended up giving up on him. None of us can help him, he needs to go find help for himself.
The fact that he hasn't sent me any email since he was banned perhaps indicates the beginning of some shame, which may lead to a bit of self-evaluation and change on his part. Or perhaps he's just plotting some way to assassinate me or something.
I really am sorry for you John, really am. You don’t deserve this but on the contrary. I hope you turn away this event fast enough so your memory clears out this bad moment from your mind. I think this happening will for sure get you to be tougher from now on, on abusers of the like.

whoa! super vibes. Us adults do all kinds of strange things to cut away bad vibes.. and all it takes is a baby's smile to blow it all away. The world's a better place than I'd imagined it to be. Lovely baby!
But.. well, come to think of it, here's another rant. As some of you may know, I'm working with max/msp on a Powerbook G4 1ghz. Well, it automatically composes the tune just fine, sends out proper MIDI signals. Problem is, I've got a drum synth, bass, 2 leads, 2 arpeggiating parts, and 1 pad (4 voice poly) And my Powerbook is just out of juice. Completely. Slows down to a halt. Can't continue programming.
Well, I guess it's just too much for a notebook.. 9 voices from synth, and around 5 voices of drums, plus comp+EQ for drums and bass, delay and reverb for the rest..

I have a rant:
I went to hear PlanetX last night...
I heard a drum solo with miscellaneous noises thrown in by the rest of the band.
The Sound-thing behind the console did not have a clue as to how to mix a prog-metal band.
It sounded like he was a techno mixer with fixations on sub-bass frequencies...
Tony McAlpine is one of the best guitarists on the planet and he was drowned out by a bass drum extravaganza, as was Derek Sherinian for that matter...
Oh well, can't expect perfection for only 20 bucks I guess.
