I apologize for the lack of information, but unfortunately Im extremely busy with finishing different projects and have therefor no time for this project atm.

Shroomz have done a lot of work on the device.

Hey guys,

Far from me the idea to be a bore but do you have any news about this godphazer? Still impatient to use that beast.

Thanks

I'm being patient but I am looking forward to it's release, but I understand the time thing Warp, I'm in the same situation.

I can't speak for Warp, but there's no news from me on the phaser. With the amount of interest in this, it wouldn't surprise me at all if other phaser options are soon made available to you. In the meantime all I can say is keep asking about it here & it will probably happen sooner.

Sorry guys, my side of the phaser project had to go on hold because of being asked to participate in other projects which I basically couldn't refuse. I can certainly say that something will come of this, but I can't say when exactly it will be. What's the saying? Good things come to those who wait?

Personally I'll be patient and keep on asking from time to time around here if there are any news about it.

I apologize for the lack of information.

As stated above - Im quite busy with other development projects. Unfortunately It has been necessary for me to upgrade my development system - I have moved to a completely PCIe only environment which means no Scope development for me. I don't have a XITE system, but even if I had one - I would still need the SDK for the XITE system which afaik haven't been released.

Here's a good workaround if you like large sweeps auto panned with Filter Phasing, and stomp phasing mixed.
I wish I could record right now but I am in limbo until I remove these cards from the XITE-1 DAW tomorrow. Right now they stay as I wait for new keys, etc.
But at any rate the XTreme Cut Pro is an incredible device and if you aren't using it, you should try the presets below. One must mix the wet/dry amounts to get the right effect.
I would use the XTreme Cut in a serial manner for testing unless you have a synth with insert effects.
Put the XCut first, then match the rate w/ Celmos Phaza, then mix and match amounts to taste.
The last part of the chain I would use a delay.
This isn't as deep as the 18 stage phaser, but it is a unique and powerfully dynamic mixture, and I like not sounding like the chump next door.

Actually I hate not being able to post a demo.
I went ahead and recorded a snippet in Weeper as it shows the audio is recording, but I cannot play it back to hear how it sounds.
You should be able to hear the effect accoring to my meters it was swelling as I recorded, but this is simple little triads, so I guess it can be heard.
If this doesn't work, please let me know.

Ankyu.

Can you hear the audio from the demo.........
I am sure there's some mistakes as I couldn't do anything but see the audio being recorded.
That's why it's a chopless demo..... :D
The effect is for sustained padwork and actually is really cool for Clavinet work........Boogie Ooggie Ooggie.......Get Down...

I recorded Prowave with Xtreme Cut Pro, Celmo's Phaza, then the Tape delay in the inserts.
There are presets for the XTreme, and presets for the Phaza.
There's alink for the free Phaza, and Xtreme Cut is always close to the top of the Device where it belongs.............

See Stu?

Just one patch in Prowave, or a split...it sounded like the one pad instrument has phase and a bass that didn't... Or two sounds triggered on two midi channels??? Is Prowave multi timbral?

That's a little fat bastard called SE-1.
Whenever I play pads on a DSP synth, I often use the SE-1 for the low end, and also the Leads.
I usually get VST synth guys using Recptors all jacked off when they hear the Wall Of FAT during a soundcheck.
If you stand in front of my cabinets you feel 'em more than you hear 'em......
Very helpful for tickling dancers thighs at the clubs......
In our DAW's, VSTi synths sound O.K. but live if you use only VST's and no analog, it's like going to a gun fight w/ a knife, all the Bruce Lee shit won't help much.

That's kinda what I thought...another instrument...

I'm a firm believer in the mix of analog, and virtual synth hardware w/ DSP instruments...it just gives the music a higher level of depth....nice phaser though..I will be giving Xtreme a closer look now, when the Xite arrives!

Someone here mention the Marshall Time Modulator? - 'cause it exists now as an authorized, cross-platform, VST plug-in here: http://proaudio.intdevices.com

check it out, if you're interested in one of the best flangers ever created. :)

I pull back this thread because one can see a 18 stages phaser jpeg, some nice mp3, many promising words but ... where is this beautifull phaser ? I don't find it nowhere ! Did you finish the development ?________________________________________ :D
