Yeah, I wasn't too impressed with most of that set Zer, considering it's from a DJ who's supposed to be a legend. It mostly sounded like conforming to the latest style in fashion, in this case the supposed 'minimal techno' sound. Having said that, there WAS a spell of about 15 mins where it sounded really great when it became deeply hypnotic. I might try and find that part again for another little listen.

Probably I missed that part...at minute 45 I was too bored...although there where some acidlines in the minimal tracks and remixes. For me it`s rather a lounge set whre you could nip your cacktail at the bar
Even his remixe of Don`t laugh was not quite as amusing as the original or remixes back in those days. But he`s in need to live from it so he has to play what the jkids need. And the kids are in need of trendy music featured by marketing experts and that is still minimal...however when it comes to minimal I rather prefer the original:
