that's stoneage news. Ever wondered why people who doing sports an eating correct things are getting fat? Simply because their Mothers and Papa and Granny and grandpas where fat, too. You won`t get a jockey out of a dinosaur, will you?
In any other cases: Yep. Doing sports and eating good things and avoiding alcohol and drugs may help. But anyway...with over 8 billions of humans out there (from formerly some thousand) you can't ignore genetic facts. If people like whe you're a child, it's normal (even if you are fat). If people don't like you as a youngster or an adult, it's not only because you have fat belly. Most of these terms are just pure genetic. Losing weight will only help if there`s anyone interested in you. If not stop it. It simply just makes your live more unpleasant then before. Except from personal unhealthyness of course.
