I really don't understand, why do you ask me what I do, and at the same time you're telling me that it has something to do with how I feel? It makes no sense to me.

How do you do means how are you feeling today, how are you, do you understand?

No, I don't, because if you were to ask somebody about his life, why don't you ask him "How are you feeling?"

Well... it is a way Englihs works...

But... why do you guess about something that is for you a fact? Shound't you be saying, "it does work!". I don't see the need to be guessing about... It is so confusing...
