I've got dumbbells under my JV, which is the closest synth to where I'm usually sitting (much better as a master controller than sound source, plus I have a JD800 anyway). Bench is in the other room due to limited space in here, but it's usually close to the studio. Bike hangs on the wall..

Exercise is much better done here than in a gym where I have to plan the time and 'feel in the mood' and all that crap. Here, in the short time it takes to download/install/render/upload or whatever, just grab something and get the endorphins running. I find I also eat much better when working from home in my own space, on my own time, than I do when working a 9-5. My last role was Director of Marketing, and before that Marketing VP. Neither senior role afforded me the lifestyle I can have when I'm my own boss (plus when I work for myself I can tell people my boss is a jerk, he overworks me!)

Now, lets see where Budweiser and Garyb have their dumbells!

Such threads are great though, we get a bunch of creative people who start off on technically sophisticated equipment and due to our fleeting imaginations and creativity end up with blow jobs, which seem to be highly sophisticated as well.
