It is the sampler I use since, euh... I don't know how many years, indeed. Probably 13 years ago ?
It's weird you don't know it ! It's the main sampling standard that comes after akai, then gigasampler ! Every bass, brass and every "acoustic" sounds you may hear in my music are played by Kontakt. Scarbee's sample bass libraries are the things that took me in a new level, then Sample Modeling stuff (trumpet, saxo, clarinet, trombone solos). I can't live without them !

Cool! They are asking a lot of money, so I hope it's good. Between my hardware synths and Scope, I'm pretty much covered for any type of sound :D I haven't even gone through all 2000 sounds on the M3 yet  But they all sound great! And you don't need 60GB of samples to sound great. The M3 has probably less than 1GB...

Kontakt is NI's sampler engine, so I suppose you're not interested. But Wait! There's Falcon!

Ahahaha. No, too much gear.

I sold my UADs with lots lots of plugs and bought the Eventide Anthology X. Try the demo out, the FX are greaat! I just wanted a decent reverb to run inside my Sonar :D
