This is what decribes this feeling at home.

I think the Scottish 'lakes' (not 'lochs') you're thinking of are actually English 'lakes' in 'The Lake District' since Scottish water is a fair bit further afield.

I think its the same everywhere, it is admitted that Paris colloquialize someone in 3 months for example. I guess N.Y in 15 days!

the Royal family and Fayed are more personally connected than the public show would indicate.
as you may notice, passport or not, the man does as he pleases, or he does his job, depending on the point of view...

you assume that is a bad thing...
afaik, he moved to because
he was mad at the UK. afterwards he got what he wanted and moved back saying "the UK is home"...i don't think he's ever been significantly inconvienienced....
