As I said earlier, this is exactly what Obsidian AnaDelay did. He may have coded a DSP atom to do it though.

So all kinds of plugins were released for Scope in Dec. 2000. I don't remember ever seeing them!? (But then I wasn't really hunting around for 3rd party plugins during that time....)
