I had forgotten about the front pannel gain on the rendering. I wouldn't put money on it being digitally controlled anymore. :)

Well, I for one like the new look of the software. The gray tones more closely match both Windoze Vista and Mac OS X, compared to the old blue interface that looked like Windows XP. Also I'm very pleased to see that the eyesore green olive logo is gone. :)

Waiting with anticipation,

Shayne

Yeah goombye green olive

I'll just be thankful if they fixed the few remaining bugs that we've been living with for the past 5 years or so. Anything else is just icing on the cake at this point.

Ya know - you gotta give these guys credit. I can't think of a single piece of software (and PC-based hardware) that has stood the test of time so well.

I don't think so... it seems a innovative and pro device.
I'm just curious about his sound! :)
4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.

I'm also concerned about whether it will only run on the new cards due to dsp requirements.

Hope it's not too expensive.

I have the original. cool little module. STILL haven't tried it with 16 speakers yet, but it 's still on my list. I may try it now with a laptop, Xite, and a bunch of cheap speakers in a live setting sometime.

this was originally sold as z.plane z.matrix (www.zplane.de), but they seem to have just licensed some code (CW appears in the partners and licensees list). SC somehow changed the gui (although the zplane logo is still there), and afair it was somewhat cheaper some years ago...
