Scope Pro New $1400
$100/DSP
Scope Pro Used $700
$50/DSP
Xite $ $4600
$33/DSP
Certainly you get more for your money by buying the Xite, but at what point it's worthwhile depends on what your typical DSP load is.
I wonder how much more DSP hungry the 5.0 devices will be in comparison with 4.5.

I don't want to spend $2000 on a 14 DSP card. For something like $500 (i.e. with new cheaper and more powerful DSPs with performance equal to 14 old DSPs), I'd consider it.
Actually, I'd like SonicCore to release something not for those who mix and master, but rather for Scope synth lovers. Maybe a card (preferably external) with no I/O at all, just DSPs to run synths and effects on it, for affordable price (<1000$). That I'd seriously consider buying,
