Ed wrote:hey.. i don't exactly know where the problem is, but what i know is that it doesn't depend on the dsp quantity. i have professional+srb.

I have this regularily on mod 2/3 (i don't use mod 2/3 much anymore because of that :-( ) : sometimes, putting the patches in the default patch directory of modular 2 or 3 allows to avoid the crash... (or changing the directory from where it's saved) .

exceptional effort!
thanks a lot!!!!

just one thing... i miss the definition of "noodle"..... what is it!? :P

a noodle is basically a patch that runs by itself, preferably with some evolving changes over a long time.

like an osc pitch modulated by a sample and hold lfo that is bieng modulated by anoher smaple and hole that is bieng modulated by a very slow sine.... that would be an example of a noodle.

What a collection . Some of them sound really awesome, the others aren't sounding at all. Before I start posting a specific list, am I the only one who notices some of the patches don't seem to make any sound? (And I don't necessarily mean noodles here, some of them should be midi triggerable.)

Really great modular ideas in here if nothing else. Thanks so much for sharing it

hey folks,

the modular stash is now also available on cd, for a very modest price, basically to cover burning and shipping charge.

so for anyone with a slow net, or anyone wanting to support this project by grabbing it on cd, have a look here:

I have sent you 10 USD as I found the 3 USD request to be unnacceptable IMHO. These are very good useful patches that are worth much, much more than the meagher 3 USD request.

Modular is my shepard, that I shall want.
It maketh me compose in green pastures,
It leadeth me beside stable DAW's,
It restoreth my sound,
It leadeth me in the path of DSP's, for it's name's sake,
Yea though I walk through the valley of the dull VST's,
I shall fear no weakness,
For modular is with me, my card and the Creamware staff, it comforts me.
Faxinadu prepareths a table before me, in the presence of mine enemies,
He annointeths my head with patches, My DAW runneth over,
Surely FAT synths will follow me all the days of my life,
And I shall dwell in the house of Modular forever.

Just recieved your CD's yesterday, and the extra stuff you sent w/ it. Thank you.
I would rather pay for everything to insure it's functionality, and also prefer to have it as back up.

Thanks for the welcome

Tis true you have been invaded, but I'm not sure I'm the only one
But it should come as no suprise as we have more natural rythmn and a more accute finely tuned ear

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank everyone here who has contributed to this forum as I have not made posts in every device or module I have downloaded.
As I have said previously I have not long had my scope cards and the devices and modules available here have added a great value to an already quality piece of kit - Many Thanks :D :D :D
