Years back I worked with Digidesign, which was perfect.
Apple and Scope together is perfect, on OS9 that is...
Scope is extremely stable here.
It never crashes, it never disturbs the mac's sound controll panel, Cubase does sometimes.
The main adventage of working on mac is the solid combination of quality hardware and operating system, no need for doubts about mobo, power supply, etc., and there is no registry.
But for some reason many people seem to almost hate Apple and prefer to explore the 'freedom of choices' when configuring a pc DAW.

I hope the new Intel macs will be the start of a long period of stability in hardware (PCI-e etc.).
Prices of macs are more and more competing now that Intel is inside, so that is covered to some degree.
I'd say, the most negative thing about macs is that Creamware doesn't support OSX and probably never will, speaking about the momentary cards.
