It asks me for a NordXTC KEY.....when trying to open in SDK. Looks like a file swap after your post...

I 'm very happy that you like it. Now some notes. The lfo's "dest" pot is just graphic. Also in the matrix (which handles the modulations) the lfo to amp doesn't work. It is still an open module. I let it unprotected to see the dsp handle of the osc's and the filters.

Well.. Good advise. Actually I didn't. I even didn't know I had to. How do I install Mod III and Flex in the SDK? Simply by draggin files??

Any DSP usage information :
- how much polyphony can you achieve with a single socpe board (home/project/profi).
- what is the minimal requirement to make it work ?

Hello,
Still not having bought Flexor, but I guess I should, or should I? How close does this device come to a real Nord?
Thanks

You haven't even remotely begun to contemplate the shadow of the beginning of the possibilities flexor offers! Seriously, you won't regret it!

true. Even if you wont be happy with this very nice synth, you will be blown away by the Flexor possibilities in Modular.
Well, thanks for the very strong recommendation for Flexor. I suppose I will just have to buy it now and see what I have been missing out on. I can't wait!!!

"And whilst they heard the word about the new kingdom they left their belongings and doubts behind to walk with the flexorians. Lo and behold! the clouds didst part to reveal new horizons that no man ever beheard, and glorious and happy was their heart for they had found sounds that surpasseth the understanding of the mind!"

Wow - you've put a LOT of work into this - looks great and very interesting synth.
Sorry to add some negatives but:
1.) I find it very difficult to read the positions of the pots. Is it just me (my colourblindness has caught me out with things like this in the past) or does any one else find this. I can see the pots moving round when I move them, but I can't tell if the LED is at 9 o'clock or 3 o'clock. Something brighter would be really helpfule for me.
2.) Some of the patches produce an awful lot of noise, where not expected. For example, there's a patch called (something like) 'Analogue Bell' or 'True Bell' or something (sorry not at my home PC right now) and it just produces noise rather than a bell sound. Anyone else finding this? Do I need to install anything else? (Yes, I have Flexor 1 & 1.5 installed).
Anyway, great work - really great to see what's being produced by our beloved developers at the moment.
Ben

Hi
I am getting stuck notes everywhere, delayed notes, a kind of freezing. In a project that many other synths work normally on.
There are no presets either!
I may be loaded across 2 boards, could this be the problem.
Scope
pulsar 2
pulsar
winXPpro sp2
midi from pulsar2 physical
none the less a really great sound, just wish I could use it.
Thanx

how does this synth compare to the new cosm; cos just with the sound of the synths ??disregarding features like morphing etc??
