Would either of these steps resolve pitch-tracking problems I'm having with my guitar synth?
I have pitch bend turned off. Gonna try the MIDI filter next, but MIDI monitor doesn't show any stray data.
Very sluggish response and out-of-pitch with various synths and modulars.

Hello everyone thanks for the advices to everyone
i just need to say fiew things!
after spending fiew months in solving the problem i spend 4 months without making new song or anything
cause my computer was crashing
its not from the turn off hyperthreating its not from the midi controler its not from the in and out set up
its from the midi and 875 chipset probably
so i bought myself a joystick-midi port cable and ive connected my keyboard and all is ok now
but im angy cause i lost my time because of this luna
on my previous pc no matter midi clock sending or anything stupid like that(cause midi information is like what?15kb?)
and now is ok
so i want to start a discusion everyone give your vote
is luna good card or is luna a bad card
my vote is:
Luna II is the most stupid card ever made i im verry sorry i bought it and ill never use creamware if its possible
NEVER!

This is an old, known problem:
While waiting for a Creamware fix, use ver. 3.1A driver!
First, uninstall the previous driver; reboot the machine then reinstall the 3.1A driver.
If you use HT, start SFP with affinity setting for CPU 0 only.

I had the same problem with a P4P800 mobo; tested 100% working with Pulsar2 and Luna2, including MIDI ports, active sensing etc.
