theoreticaly, if you have a speeker loud enough you can use an oscillator to create friction in the water to boil them (kind of like microwave).
and theoreticaly with a weight and a strong speeker driver connected to it you can grind the coffee.
and theoreticaly with a robotic hand and an envelope you can automate the rest of the proccess.
its modular you can make anything!

if the wavedraw is basically the same...ReD_MuZe wrote:wavedraw in flexor1
maybe it would be possible to get a wavedraw with "movement points" and a preset list.... or with such faders ?

if a single dot falls away with the wavedraw pencil you already have a bit crush fx...
I know the assist but personally I find it a bit complicated to use.
maybe I`m too stupid.

decimator. there is a big difference in sound... even when wavedraw is set to the linear "unaffecting" setting, it does crush the sound a bit...decimator wrote:Wavedraw and Vaz Waveshaper are quite different in sound so I thought Wavedraw was optimised more ( ramp ) for wavedrawing than waveshaping
while the VAZ thing does not.
I`m sure it has to do with the 64 point resolution of wavedraw....
1 point always represents an amplitude input range . for example 1 to 512
now the question is how does wavedraw1 handles the different input values in one range and what output values come out for the different inputs...
does every input value from a range(f.e 1 to 512) get always the same output value y? I mean all values from one
range1(1..512) get the same new value (f.e 713)
and f.e. range 2(513..1024) get 912 and so on....
So the new waveform consists of only 64 values and it always sounds like a bit crusher...
in fact "that" vaz shaper - that we desire - seem to have lesser amount of points (resolution) like 16 sliders but it seems to interpolate the values from input ranges to the new values...
f.e. range1(1..512)
256 gets the full value 713
values lower 256 get calculated lower output values....
1 gets 1/256*713
2 gets 2/256*713
and so on....
values above 256 get interpolated between the 713 and the next points max/min value(in this example 912) and so on....
so the output values are smoothed out.
that means although it has lesser amount of points/sliders it will output the full amplitude spectrum from f.e. 16bit.
A bit hard for me to explain for me in english....

But I think thats basically the difference...
and yes its very audible...
hope somebody understands what I mean....

you see ?
backwards into the future. all with modular.

Well in the end I hope scopers will enjoy all the radical or subtle/ fast / tasty waves modifications of the VaZ Waveshaper !

as this is really powerful!
with the interpolated shaper, you really can shape everything everywhere you could expect.
The only waveform that is more or less unaffected is the SQUARE.

there could be a small (2 and 4 sliders to save DSP) and big one for more shaping posssibilies. (16 sliders)
and maybe versions with mod ins for realtime modification of the sliders...

amazing list!
you guys are such teasers!!!!

Yes we have updated the graphics somewhat so that the Flexor v2.x modules should have a distinctive look. It references the previous look but it somewhat 'harder'. I will try to post up some examples in a bit, I meant to do it after his lovely list was posted but I had a gig last night.steffensen wrote:Is there ny update on the already nice GFX aswell?
Actually strav I saw the pdf manual that was (thoughtfully) provided last time based on the html I built, it made me feel bad that you beat me to the job! Last time the manual involved other people before it reached me, so keeping up with the version changes was a chore. This time even if one shows up before the other you can be assured of both. I'm going to make sure that all changes are done to the core help document before propagating out to the published formats (PDF & html).strav100 wrote:![]()

I'll get to work on the next .pdf manual if you haven't done one already when this lot comes out!!! It will take time...cor..there are SOOO many modules
