I just remembered, that the person selling me a plug-in a few days ago told me, that Ralf will be away 2 weeks (I think) starting 2/2-2004. If they are understaffed at this point, the transaction may have to wait that long

Although I've only made a couple of support queries, the guys have always got back to me. So hold tight lads. Especially during the re-structure.

I am sorry this first week support is not yet functional - we first need to finalize all the basic paperwork with service providers, employees etc. - support should be back online early next week. Sorry for that, Frank

Welcome Husker! Is that a pulsar1 or pulsar2? No matter, you've got yourself a card that's only limited quality wise by the person in the driver seat.

The first thing you'll notice is DSP restrictions as in what you can do all at once. The more DSP you have the more you can have running at the same time. You'll still have the same quality no matter how many DSP you have.

The cards are getting cheaper so bargains are to be had.

Anyway, PlanetZ is the best place to hang out for pulsar info and getting to know fellow users.

Good luck!

Thanks for the welcome bassdude. Certainly is exciting times around here at the moment with the Creamware Reloaded stuff. Just hope I can get my card registered soon so I can start using it and start asking lots of dumb questions! (and maybe contribute here and there where I can).

cheers.

p.s. i got a Pulsar 1 Plus, and yes it was a bargain!

Yes! I'm registered! But i'm @ work and it's 10:22am...so I have to wait till I get home...oh the agony!

I sent an email address to every creamware address I could find (@ .de and .com)... I didn't get any replies, but I just checked the site and it's all done....

the countdown to home time begins

I sent an email to the german support. I couldn't register the 2nd hand board on the actual website because it is already registered to the old user.

Do I need to do something in addition?

I did get a reply from the Australian agent who I also sent my request to...so that may have been the trick for me. Certainly my original problem was that the cw site said the board was already registered, and since my email 'mail-out' it now allowed me to register the board.

My suggestion is you send lots of emails until you get a result!

cheers.

Hi Pulsarians,

yes support is reloaded also.
please notice, it is a new start and we'll grow up, but i'am not able to
answer
all the emails near by time.
Be sure, i will do my best and hoping for your patience, if it does not go
on so
fast, how we wish ourselves it all.
But : Tomorrow i will start with the mountain of de-registrations,
new-registrations and all the other stuff.
If there is anybody, who bought a second hand board . . . please write
again. So
it is easyer for me to find your important request.

And please . . . I hope for your understanding, that the time is missing,
to
answer all the postings in this forum, adresses to CWA . . or visit this
forum
day by day.

Cheers
Ralf
