Slow to switch between channels on 2448 mixer?

A place to talk about whatever Scope music/gear related stuff you want.

It takes about 2 seconds for the channel details to update when I switch channels from the channels ui on the 2448 mixer.

Note that it doesn't lag at all if I use the tiny channel selector on the details UI itself... weird.

This is the only thing that makes me want to use the other mixers... Unfortunately because the 2448 is excellent

Do you have the same problem?

I have a ATI Radeon 9700 Pro and the gui problem like you just when cubase is full of tracks so my cpu(P3/800MHZ)get a little slower.I can live with it.

PIII 1Ghz, 512MB RAM, onboard video (I had a GeForce but the fan as noisy)

I think it's more a CPU thing... I think the lag isn't as bad if no track is being played in Cubase

There is another lag when I try to move one of the knobs... it takes a couple of seconds to "grab" the knob and before it responds to the mouse

ouch

yeah, must be why.
sometimes traitorous when you accidently press the spacebar *before* you change back to your sequencer to stop the song...your last action in the mixer get's undone without noticing...
Ah well, the one who finish a song at first is the one who's the fastest
