Here is a question I sent to Creamware and just wanted to see what other people think about this (note: also posted on Creamware's forum):

"When will third-party developers have the Noah development specs available to them? I have contacted a few developers about their devices and all so far plan to make Noah versions. In fact, they plan to offer a free Noah version if you buy the Pulsar version (of course, this will only happen after they receive the development information from Creamware).

By the way, it would be great if Creamware took the same philosophy with the devices offered through Creamware. If a customer has spent the money to invest in both platforms (Noah and Pulsar) and the money to buy a device, it makes sense that the customer should be able to use the device on both platforms. To expect customers to buy a device twice so they can use it on both their Pulsar system and Noah would be outrageous. Hopefully you will consider this as you begin to release Noah versions of devices.

The Gimme Five promotion is a start with this philosophy. The next step would be to provide both a Noah version (if available) and Pulsar version of every device purchased through the online store at one price.

Without this philosophy, it would make sense for customers to begin leaning toward one platform or the other, but not consider using both platforms. It's better for Creamware for customers to want to use both platforms (so you can sell more DSP cards and Noahs)."
