Optimizing your audio setup

Post by Sebd »

Hi everyone,
I'm working hard on my production and my Scope sound equipment, and I'd like to make everything a little clearer and more organized, especially when I show my projects or tracks to friends or colleagues. I'd like it to be easy to follow, with a short summary of what I do and my main stats, so that it's more readable. If you have any tips on how to manage your setup and present your work without getting overwhelmed, I'm all ears!

Scope has screensets, and there are quite a few tools for making. Notes that sit visibly on your screen to show what you’re doing.

1.) Yes, Screenset is my favorite!
It's just a shame that the contrast of the selection is almost "0" in v7. This is/was more optimal in v5.

2.) Use the free TEXT TOOLS in your project window to add notes in your structures and connections.
3.) Use free SR-PRO to create an entire complete Scope parameter setup for your presentation step 1~X
Tip: Text changes can be saved and loaded as a "portfolio" in the SR-Pro preset. This allows for quite descriptive presentations.

2.) Styledriver Text Tools

3.) STDR SR-PRO PresetList

In todays world you can do it in so many ways that the question is not really "how do I do it or what should I do", but "what do I need to do". If you can answer to yourself what it is exactly what you want, then you only need to search for the right tools to achieve it, in most cases, at very cheap accessible prices as they tend to be small apps.

If you were to list here what it is exactly what you need, I think your questions should be answered pretty easily by all of us, if you feel like doing it.
