Ok so this is great. I got tapedelay and tapedelayshort working fine on both winxp32bit and win1064bit!!!

I’ll upload all the files I’m using to my Xite-1 tips in the Xite sub forum. 👍

Will the files, working for win10 64Bit,- also work for Win 7 Pro 64Bit ?

:)

Yes, that´s what I understood too, but I thought your uploaded files might have been different ones.

I’ve just managed to hunt down all the files. The ones dawman uploaded didn’t include the tapedelayshort.sys
Got that from djmicron!

So if 32bit, just copy over the .sys files without 64.

For 64bit pull over the 64.sys files and over write the .mdl files with these ones.

Maybe you need to delete the registry entries in reg edit.
Possibly crashed so often windows blocks them.

Go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

Delete tapedelayshort64 and tapedelay64.. (back up the resgotry first though just in case)

Copy over the files needed and do replace both the .mdl files in modular modules folder.

Restart computer and give it a go…
