Hi all.
I'm new here. I just purchased the Scope Project card. I emailed my registration info on Thursday as I was directed and as of today I have not yet gotten a response. I know I am maybe a little impatient but it is hard when you have the card installed an you can't use it untill you receive a Keyfile.
Just how long does this process usually take?

Signed, Cant Wait To Use The Card

Oh hubird thats so mean! A link to a link

Well I still haven't recieved my activation for some recently purchased items. We just have to be patient. When I purchased my scope card I had to wait for an stdm cable which was to be supplied by the retailer...The retailer in question didn't have a clue (as seems to be the case with all things creamware, unfortunately)

so I waited weeks for this cable that I was told would be coming direct from creamware. In the end I contacted creamware myself and it turned out that creamware hadn't been contacted by the retailer at all but that they would send me the cables straight away.
I recieved these cables within days of that phone call

I don't know if ralf is the only one able to generate registration for the cards but it may be an idea to call support direct.
As for my shop items I can wait a little while longer

usually one to two days, but Ralf is pretty busy with the summer specials..you CAN enter the keys by hand(but not for the s&s or m&m packs though)and use the card while you wait...

if more than three days pass, i'd email again. it's possible that you got hit by the spam filter....
