No, the Pulsar II is not included STDM cable. You must purchase it seperately (5~10 USD).

No it doesn't and finding one can be a real bitch. Best bet is to call Creamware and have them send you one. In the meantime, you can keep looking, so at least if you fail, you at least know that one should arrive to you within the next month or so...hopefully. Good luck.

Creamware doesn't take anything for the S/TDM cable. So no one has the right to charge for it.
