Delay/ulli settings

Is there any relation to the behavior of delays... I have problem with tempo synced delays...

of corse there is a relation as both SpaceF and Warp69 include ULLI in their settings...

There's a relation between the ULLI setting and the 256k delay module (all devices with more than 680ms delay are using that module).

Most delays works right only at 25ms ulli...

what should be the best Ulli setting when you’re on recording? i can't set 4ms cause my processor is showing me 60/70% uses. 25ms is showing 2% cpu uses which is great but playing any a vst sampler is little unstable. What you guys do? (I’m on p4-1.4ghz and 1gb rd ram)
