You could use a Multiband splitter then pan each output and remix back to stereo ....

In Scope not sure - maybe someone with Modular or SDK chops ?

I use native ones mainly.

I found one. It’s called FreqSplitterv2. 3 bands. From the picture of it one can see It even has a pan dial for each frequency band.
