Whats the best Ocean Swift (Scope) synth for Pads ?

Straight, evolving you name it. Out of Formula X, Ocean Storm and Pi2525 ?

All three are really good. My fav is Ocean Storm.
Formula - FM, organ like partials
PI2525 - setup sort of like Uknow, supersaw!
Storm - has a gate seq, lots of filters

There's a rumor going around that Faxi will be offering his "Totally cool everything bundle" again for a bargain price.


Seriously though, if he really does offer that again it's one of those purchases you will never regret.

Got it. Ankyu Gary. It doesnt come stock with much traditional analog pads, but I was able to make some in the first hour. There's some good effects to widen the stereo field and get some lush pads.

Theres a small bug in the installer in that it puts oss0101.dsp in the default Scope install directory even if you change the default install path to somewhere else. So had to manually copy that file. All good after that.

And I gotta say Ocean Storm has excellent polyphony on the XITE-1D @96Khz.

Yeah it won’t be long and you’ll have a nice custom set of presets. The layout is fairly intuitive.
OS standard FX will leave you not wanting for much more.
