SPDIF Source & Destination Modules

Post by fraz »

Hi,

Does Xite-1 utilise the SPDIF source and destination modules? - I've looked under the hardware tab in SFP software and there are none there-

In Scope Pro/Pulsar 2 they are there under the same menu- Is it something that needs to be copied over? - or just not used at all?

You can use a SP/DIF to AES/EBU Converter like a Hose ODL-312.
I use Solaris 48k to AES/EBU as Slave, or use XITE-1 96k with a return cable to Solaris.
48k sounds fine so I don't trun the XITE-1 into a tiny 96k Project.
