Which power supply to use with an ASB unit (polarity)?

So...

I was going to play a bit with my Creamware Pro 12, but forgot to bring the power supply I have always used with it and on the back it mentions only 12VAC...

Can anyone tell me what polarity should I put on the power supply?

Would really love to play with it a bit as it has been a while since I used it...

Thanks in advance,
Best

Paulo

AC doesn't have polarity. only DC has polarity.

Yeah, be careful not to use a DC supply if it says AC.

Sorry for such a late reply...

According to the manual, it works well with AC or DC power supplies:

"
If you lose the power supply, a standard AC or DC 12V / 1.5A power adaptor can be used as a replacement. The PRO-12 ASB's power socket requires a hollow plug (5.5 mm x 2.1mm x 11.5 mm, centre positive).
"

I have used one with centre positive (as they mentioned a bit after the V and A requirements) and it works great and still sounds amazing! :D

That is a really cool feature as I remember the early Line 6 POD guitar amp sim had an AC supply and loads of people killed them with DC replacements. To be able to use both is genius. I love my Taurus 3 pedals because they work at 110v/60Hz and 230/50Hz straight from the IEC.
